Warranty and Delivery Information

Warranty:

All REM Beds and Mattresses come with a Lifetime Warranty for your peace of mind and mattress comfort for years to come. 

All trial periods are comfort exchanges and are on mattresses only and do not include adjustable bases or furniture.  

There will be a 25% cancellation fee on all cancelled orders.  Special orders, custom orders and orders that have already shipped are non-cancelable and nonrefundable.  Customer is responsible for ensuring correct sizes are reflected on their order.  Changes to delivery after the product has left the warehouse has left the warehouse, including wrong sizes due to customer error, will be subject to a minimum $299 redelivery fee. Said contract is to be construed to the laws of California.  Any provision of this agreement prohibited by applicable law shall be effective only to the extent of each probation and shall neither invalidate the remaining provision nor preclude the seller to exercise other rights and remedies conferred by law but not specifically mentioned in this agreement.  It is understood that there are no prior contemporaneous verbal statements or written statements which add to, vary or contradict the terms stated within.

Mattress Delivery:

For health reasons, we do not remove old mattresses.  Mattress removal can be arranged via third party service for $115 cost. 

Allow approximately 3-4 weeks for delivery.  Delivery dates are not guaranteed and failure to meet an approximate date shall not constitute grounds for cancellation or refusal of an order.  Shipping charges for refused or returned orders shall be at the expense of the customer.
